If I may share that here in the Philippines, there are on-going initiatives on Disability Inclusive Disaster Risk Reduction (DiDRR) to ensure that persons with disabiities are not left behind and taking meaningful participation in the planning and implementation of DRRM in their respective localities. And during this pandemic, some organizations of persons with disabilities actively participated in the emergency response and recovery while strictly observing health protocols to cause no harm...
