In my province in West Sumatera Indonesia there is no drought all the year but the farmera burn crop residues after harvest fuelling world
Gabrielle Iglesias
01:54:37
does anyone have any thoughts on impacts on the health sector? for example, has there been increased demand for clean water during the current covid-19 pandemic, or is dryness associated with differences in rates of transmission of the virus? has drought increased the risk of spillover of zoonotic diseases due to die-off of vegetation in their natural habitats and therefore smaller living and foraging areas, bringing host animals for pathogens closer to human settlements? looking for relevant research, please send to gabrielle@seaohun.org
