Hello am John from South Sudan during COVID 19 crisis many people suffer alot of abuse from law enforcing agency in enforcing the restriction specially persons with disabilities who did not get clear information due to barriers(limited access to informations) some are detended for not respecting curfew time, how do HR advise government in making sure Human rights are respected.

GCM is relatively new, signed late 2018 and it's a non-binding agreement. this year I think governments supposed to meet to report on their national implementation of the GCM. don't know if that will push through but if they do, hopefully take opportunity of the platform to discuss about crisis preparedness practices
